Agnieszka Januszkiewicz
CEO, Founder
Agnieszka Januszkiewicz (known professionally as Aggie Januszkiewicz) is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales and a certified Polish–English translator. She established Legal Support Services Poland (LSSP) to provide reliable, on-the-ground legal support in Poland for foreign law firms handling matters involving Polish jurisdiction, language, or evidence.
Agnieszka has extensive experience in personal injury and civil litigation in the UK. Her practice has included serious injury work, evidence gathering, witness statements, disclosure review, and liaison with clients, courts, and counsel. She is accustomed to working to court timetables and reporting clearly to instructing solicitors.
Her background also includes significant experience in evidence-led work outside private practice, including managing and supervising complex casework, assessing risk, and ensuring that witness evidence is procedurally sound and suitable for use in court. She has particular experience in working with vulnerable witnesses and handling sensitive material with discretion.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Agnieszka is a certified translator and interpreter accredited by the Polish Ministry of Justice. This enables her to combine legal understanding with linguistic accuracy when obtaining records, preparing statements, translating documentation, and supporting conferences with counsel.
Agnieszka is educated in both the UK and Poland, holding law degrees from the University of Manchester and the University of Łódź. Through LSSP, she coordinates a small network of trusted Polish professionals, including advocates, medical case managers, and investigators, engaged as required to support foreign proceedings.
Associated Professionals
Through LSSP, we provide on-the-ground legal support services in Poland for foreign law firms.
Where an instruction requires specialist input beyond the core services, a small number of trusted professionals may be engaged on a subcontracted basis. Their work supports the delivery of services to instructing law firms, with coordination, oversight, and reporting handled by LSSP.
Polish Legal Advice (Advocate)
Where Polish legal advice is required, LSSP works with a qualified Polish advocate. This ensures that matters of Polish law are handled by an appropriately regulated professional.

Medical Support & Coordination
Where instructed, LSSP engages qualified healthcare professionals in Poland to organise medical appointments, provide nursing care, and prepare needs assessment reports. All services are coordinated under LSSP’s supervision and reported directly to the instructing solicitor.

Interpreter / Translator
LSSP provides certified Polish–English and English–Polish translation services directly through the principal solicitor. For larger or complex assignments, a DPSI-qualified, NRPSI-registered legal interpreter and translator may be engaged to provide additional support, including conferences with counsel and client meetings.

Investigations & Surveillance
Where lawful and appropriate, LSSP coordinates investigative and surveillance services in Poland through vetted third-party providers. Providers are selected based on the location and requirements of the instruction, and all activity is conducted in accordance with Polish law.
Who We Work With
LSSP is instructed primarily by law firms in England & Wales, the United States, and other English-speaking jurisdictions requiring on-the-ground legal support in Poland.
We also assist Polish individuals involved in matters governed by English law, as well as providing certified Polish–English translations.
